Mill Green

Mill Green

Visitors will have noticed a change in grassland management on Mill Green this year. On two areas of the Green, the mowing regime has been relaxed so that grass will be maintained as a meadow throughout the spring and summer and will not now be mown until the autumn. This enhancement will benefit both plants and insects by providing a more suitable habitat for them to utilise.
